Have been coming here since they opened several years ago. Loved several menu items including the spare ribs, crazy shrimp and volcano sushi rolls, chicken fried rice, Mongolian beef, spring rolls, dumplings, etc. In past few years these items seem to have a different taste and are not prepared as well. The sushi rolls are prepared sloppily and taste dried out. The ribs are hit and miss and the rice I used to love has an over seasoned taste and darker appearance like too much soy sauce or something in it. Spoke to a manager about the rice and he recommended I order it gluten free to try to get it lighter and not so salty tasting. This method worked some but rice is a little mushy and still different than what I loved years ago. Still, I support them, hoping it will get better and my kids like the sushi and ribs. Management sent a $25 credit for me being a loyal customer which I was able to use towards meal recently. I appreciated that.

Customer service here is phenomenal! The employees were very attentive. Has a fantastic menu for people with allergies (my wife has gluten allergies). Pepperoni Pizza was great. Sauce, cheese and crust were all great. Wife had the Pineapple and Ham and the chunks of pineapple were gracious and the Prosciutto was fantastic. The best part of our meal was the dessert. I'm normally not one to buy most desserts, but the Chocolate Truffle Torte was more than worth it. Texture was amazing, and the chocolate on top was rich and delicious. The speed of the service through the entire experience was very fast. App was out less than 5 minutes after the order, pizza was out not long after. Drinks were always kept full. Would highly recommend this for a toned down date night.

I love coming to midtown for breakfast, dinner or just a good dessert. This is a one stop shop with a variety or choices. They even have amazing gluten free breakfast! Sylvia is such an attentive server and made the dinning experience that much better!

We had a very amazing server named Austin. He went above and beyond to make sure I got gluten free food. He even let us know the red and gold plates let you know which ones are gluten free, and the black plates mean they have gluten in them. The Gluten free lettuce wraps were really delicious, and the gluten free spicy Chang's was really good food as well. Really enjoyed the nice pomegranate lemonade, and a boba peach black tea too.

The girls that worked yesterday at 02/18/2020 around 2:00 made my experience so great they went above and beyond and I couldn’t be more appreciative! They have Gluten free bread which is the best thing ever for someone with Celiac. But the fact they asked if it was an allergy or a preference I knew I was in gods hands with someone who was educated on Celiac/Gluten allergy’s. The sub was amazing as well I had the Italian and it was wonderful. People forget you pay for what you get. If 20 bucks gets me a 12inch sub and 2 bags of chips and great service I’ll do it any day!
