Delicious gluten free vegan pizza. We also ordered the stuffed la mushrooms and a salad and it was great. The vegan fudge sundae was also delicious. Felicia our server was very attentive. I recommend this place.

Extensive drinks selection. Decent cappuccino - was a bit too hot (should be drinkable immediately). Sweet potato quiche didn’t taste very high quality. Gluten free blueberry muffin was pretty dry. Nice atmosphere and counter to sit at!

I can eat pizza out almost nowhere without getting sick. This is the only pizza place in the county that does ACTUAL gluten free pizza where they pull toppings from another bin and take precautions for cross contamination. And to top it off, it’s one of the best gluten free crusts I’ve ever had. Thank you so much!

This place is really good with Celiac and we love going here when we are in town. Each trip consists of at least 1 stop, if not more. Food is great and atmosphere is warm and inviting. TVs everywhere to catch up on any sport available. Highly recommend Flip Side!

Went for brunch, seemed a bit understaffed which is probably common for a Monday morning? Waitress was NOT friendly but food was fantastic! Quite a wait for the food but we both felt it was worth the wait! Home fries and gluten free pancake were the highlights! Would definitely go back for the food!

Nice folks that offer good food and a good caffeine fix. Been by many times and gotten coffee and specialty lattes. They're always good. The do some gluten free options, but none really to go from the window. We'll be back again soon, thank you for being here!

The summer tasting menu is incredible. The staff is well versed in gluten free/celiac and the food is safe and feels good to eat. We did the tasting menu with wine pairings… come hungry. We finished with a dessert, somehow made room for that, it was a merengue and the perfect little sweet to top off.

This is a must stop for us in Breckenridge, and so excited to see they added Gluten free crepe batter for those that need! If your Apres Ski routine includes a walk around town, make sure you try a crepe.

I originally selected Ember for a date with a woman who has celiac because I was impressed with their extensive gluten free options. A couple of years later and Ember holds many special memories for the two of us. Scott, the head chef and owner, is a food magician. The complex flavors and food presentation are at a level expected in a tier 1 city and we have it here in our ski town. The staff are all friendly, the service is prompt while smiles and laughter abound. I'll be back many times again.
