Good Italian style restaurant with a variety of vegan and gluten-free options. This place is always extremely busy and the sound levels are very high. But the food is good, and great if you're looking for something local.

Enjoyed dinner with my Daughter Valentine's night and the food was great! I have two down sides to the dinner..1) the pop overs although gluten free - awesome- where gummy. And 2 the half tomato with panko on top.. why? The tomato could be fried with a cheese on top and then the hash brown casserole on top, at-least that would have made a bit of sense, or offer a small salad or a bigger portion of asparagus— yum! Other than those It was a very enjoyable evening. Wait staff was friendly, efficient and the drinks done well. We will visit again and bring more ppl with us :)

One of the best places to eat in Ithaca hands down. Ever since being recently diagnosed with Celiac, Northstar is one of the best places to eat if you’re missing or reminiscing on old Gluten filled foods. I had an amazing GF fish and chips, and burgers. Almost every if not all menu options were GF or had GF options. Everything I had was amazing which also included the lemonade, fries, tamari chicken, and house salad.

Last Sunday, my husband and I hosted a pizza party for 60 friends to celebrate our recent marriage. Eta Pie supplied the pizza. The pizza and the service were both superb. We bought 10 pies of varying sizes, different types (plain/cheese, meat, vegetarian, gluten-free, and vegan), and 6 different combinations of toppings. In less than an hour, our friends had wolfed down every single slice. We got many compliments about the food, and at least a dozen people wanted to know where the pizza came from. The pies for our large and somewhat complicated order were prepared exactly as requested, were ready on time, and very reasonably priced. Eta Pie also came through for us when two other popular downtown pizza shops could not. One place we approached was closed on Sundays, the day of the party, and the other didn't offer a gluten-free option. Eta Pie has been in business for only about 14 weeks, and we wish them all the best. They really deserve it. Katherine N. and Jerry C.

Generous portions for a fair price. Even if you're not eating gluten-free, getting the sub as a salad is a good option.

Friend took me there. Highly recommend the baby wings but not the curry wings. One of us had the stone bowl shrimp which looked really nice. Plenty gluten free and Veggie options. The Lotus root here is only meh. They had a lot of... Child labors? The servers look super young.

Loved the gluten-free options. Delicious ramen, best ramen I've had since living in Japan.
