The only bad thing is that it took me this long to visit Mochi Thai’m! I ordered a dozen donuts, which were made fresh to order, and got one of everything. I can’t pick a favorite because they were all my favorite! I don’t have dietary restrictions but many of my coworkers do so it’s great to know their kitchen is gluten-free, and vegan donuts are also available! (You have to order ahead of time for those, but I can’t wait to try them.) Run, don’t walk! Because after you eat as many donuts as I did, you will need the exercise lol.

Good quality items. Gluten free and organic, really special. A bit too sweet for me but that's the USA way. Elisabeth is really nice and welcoming. Definitely a mist stop in Colorado Springs.

Best gluten free pizza I've ever had. My family gotthe deep dish and said it was fantastic too. We will be driving to the Springs from Littleton to get this pizza. I highly recommend this pizza.

I ordered the gluten-free cauliflower crust pizza, and before the waiter started, he told me that they are not a gluten-free environment (which didn’t matter for me, but it might matter for someone who’s celiac). I built my own pizza, and it was very good, despite the different crust! This is definitely a good gluten-free (or gluten sensitive?) option!
