So, almost every time I search for a restaurant that sells gluten free pizza, I read at least 2 reviews that say it's the best gluten free pizza they've ever had. I have often found that that's not the case. In fact, I've often wondered if these folks have been sucking on cardboard for months and are just happy to be out. That being said, this is - actually - top 2 gluten free pizzas I've ever had. Only reason why I can't definitively say it's #1, is because the last "best gluten free pizza I've ever had" was 4 years ago. I'd need a side-by-side comparison to honestly pick a #1.

Nothin beats a Rocky Mountain pie. This is our go-to Beau Jo’s when we’re visiting the fam in Colorado. We just love the pizza here and the gluten free and vegetarian options cater to just about everyone. Everyone has to order a pizza that’s measured in weight at some point in their lives. Our last trip we had a large party right when they opened. The staff was phenomenal and we didn’t wait for anything. Can’t wait to come back.

Skip the dispensary (or don't), this is the real cure for depression. Easily my favorite pizza in the world, and I would know, I've eaten pizza everywhere! Also my best bud can have gluten free pizza here (and it's incredibly good according to him), which is awesome as well! Keep up the good work!

I ordered the gluten-free cauliflower crust pizza, and before the waiter started, he told me that they are not a gluten-free environment (which didn’t matter for me, but it might matter for someone who’s celiac). I built my own pizza, and it was very good, despite the different crust! This is definitely a good gluten-free (or gluten sensitive?) option!

MOD Pizza has become one of my favorite pizza places in town, and it never fails to deliver an exceptional dining experience. From the moment I step into the restaurant, I am greeted by a warm and friendly atmosphere that immediately puts me at ease. One of the standout features of MOD Pizza is their unique concept of allowing customers to build their own pizzas. The assembly line-style setup enables you to choose from a wide range of fresh ingredients, including various sauces, cheeses, meats, and an assortment of mouthwatering vegetables. The staff is always courteous and patient, providing helpful recommendations and guiding you through the customization process if needed. The quality of the ingredients used by MOD Pizza is top-notch. The dough is perfectly thin and crispy, while the sauces are flavorful and balanced. The cheese is generously applied and melts beautifully, creating a heavenly combination with the toppings. What sets MOD Pizza apart is their commitment to using fresh and locally sourced produce whenever possible, which adds an extra layer of freshness to each bite. Another aspect that makes MOD Pizza exceptional is their attention to speed and efficiency. Despite the made-to-order concept, the staff works swiftly to assemble and bake the pizzas, ensuring that you don't have to wait excessively long for your meal. The quick service is particularly impressive during peak hours when the restaurant is bustling with customers. I also appreciate the diverse menu options available at MOD Pizza. In addition to creating your own pizza, they offer a selection of pre-designed pizzas with unique flavor combinations. These signature pizzas are thoughtfully crafted and provide a convenient alternative for those who prefer not to customize their orders. Furthermore, MOD Pizza goes above and beyond by offering gluten-free and vegan options, catering to individuals with dietary restrictions. The attention to inclusivity is commendable and ensures that everyone can enjoy a delicious meal at their establishment. Lastly, the overall ambiance of MOD Pizza is inviting and modern. The restaurant is clean, well-maintained, and features a comfortable seating area where you can enjoy your meal. The staff is attentive, regularly checking in to ensure your satisfaction and promptly addressing any concerns or requests. In conclusion, MOD Pizza is a fantastic pizza place that excels in providing a memorable dining experience. With their build-your-own pizza concept, quality ingredients, speedy service, and inclusive menu options, MOD Pizza has established itself as a go-to destination for pizza lovers. I highly recommend giving it a try for a delicious and personalized pizza experience.

One of my favorite pizza spots in Denver. The detroit style is thick and fluffy and delicious, not too heavy. We get the small Brooklyn Bridge (4 pieces) and that + a salad to split is plenty enough for 2 people. The ricotta is my favorite part. Super nice staff - they can be busy because it's a smaller restaurant and popular, but we just put our names down and then go grab a drink at Rooted Craft American Kitchen next door - writings this is making me hungry, I can't wait for my next visit They have gluten free on the menu, and I love to see that as well!

My usual favorite pizzeria was busy so I thought I’d try Mod Pizza. I’m trying to cut back on the gluten, so I thought I’d try their GF pizza. It’s not bad. I’d order it again. I wish they had green olives. I ordered on their website, picked up in their parking lot.
