We randomly happened to choose this place for lunch one day when we were in town (first time in Madison). I’m so glad we did! I loved the ambiance, the music, and the service was great. The food was delicious and they have amazing gluten free options (with no up charge!!!). All kids meals can be made gluten free although they do not have a dedicated gluten free fryer (shared fryers). We loved it so much we went back for dinner the next day. Had another great experience!!

We went late at night after a girls paint night. Staff was super friendly! I had cheese fries and a Greek salad that were both very good! My friends had pizza and pasta which they also expressed was tasty. The best part about this place is that they had plenty of gluten free options. This place is nothing fancy, just a nice chill place to relax with friends.

What a wonderful dining experience! Our server provided very accurate food descriptions—especially since we needed gluten free options. The beet salad and the pasta were both amazing—most delicious and beautifully plated. All was super!

This place has great food, drinks, and service! There are plenty of gluten free and vegetarian options; I myself have to eat gluten free and their blackened salmon salad is one of my new favorite dishes. The decor at this location is also very cool and true to the name of "vintage"

Gluten free pizza was great. The menu is creative, the drinks were good, and they had an option for those of us who would be just as happy with a beer ($4 PBR 16oz). Would eat here again.

I ADORE Settle Down Tavern! We were in Madison for the weekend and this place was at the top of our list due to the great reviews. The selection of drinks was wonderful, the vibe was immaculate, and our server China was absolutely stellar. I have gluten and dairy allergies and they couldn't ensure the food would be safe due to cross contamination which was a bummer, but everything else made up for it. We will most definitely be coming back!
