Great food, nice ambience & excellent service at Skye Bistro..Had dinner last Saturday night; Lots of gluten-free options in Lake county. Generally restaurants inside hotels are mediocre; not this one. This is full dine-in restaurant. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

This place was so good! I had gluten free raspberry pancakes with marscapone and it was AMAZING. My husband really enjoyed the biscuits and gravy too. Both Sandra and Jackie were so sweet. We will definitely be back!
