I love this place. It's a go to when I haven't had time to cook and need a quick dinner on the table. They have interesting food, it doesn't break the bank, and there's stuff for everyone in my family. There are gluten free options, veggie options, multiple ways to prepare the hot dogs, and fun, horrible for you sides. Does eating here take days off your life? Probably, but it's worthwhile.

This place has amazing food including creative options for vegetarians/vegans/gluten-free! They have a great system for carry-out so my food was still warm when I went to pick it up, and they had it ready in no time at all!

We really enjoyed our meals and the friendly service. It was made even better by the fact that there was an entire gluten free menu for our guest that needed it.

True Food Kitchen is an absolute gem! Healthy, delicious, and a haven for food enthusiasts, this place knows how to elevate dining to an art form. The variety of options, whether you're a meat lover or prefer vegetarian delights, is truly impressive. And here's the best part - they cater to all dietary needs, including gluten and dairy-free choices! I recently indulged in their exquisite bowls, and the flexibility to request half sizes is a game-changer. With perfectly blackened shrimp served on the side, I got to savor every bite evenly across both bowls – a brilliant pro tip that made my meal even more enjoyable. The attention to detail in accommodating preferences is top-notch. Kudos to the friendly and attentive staff who ensure every visit is memorable. True Food Kitchen isn't just a restaurant; it's an unforgettable foodie journey. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a true culinary adventure!

This is probably the best P.F. Chang’s I have ever been to. The lettuce wraps are very good but I do not like the sauce that goes on the side because it is very spicy.Lettuce wraps are gluten free I never got sick and I have celiac , but be sure to ask your waiter/waitress to make them gluten free if you need to. I got the chicken fried rice with the vegetable at the side. You’ll know if you your main meal if gluten free because you will get a plate with gold on the edge of it. If you ever want extra soy sauce just ask and they will give you gluten free packets. Restroom’s are clean, and service if very good and come to serve you a lot.

The food was fantastic. Top shel quality. And they have awesome gluten free options. The wait was short. The staff was attentive. Why not 5-stars? The atmosphere was totally not my thing. Maybe it’s yours, but the constant hard-rock music and four different movies playing over the bar gave me a nervous headache. I was about to leave and wait in the car when the food arrived. Again, the food was amazing. Next time, I’ll order it to go.

Food was great, the gluten free pizza was the best we've had. Meatballs and polenta were incredible as well!!!!

Worked with us and considered all of our dietary restrictions including gluten free and allergies. They were very busy and overall the food could have been better.

Phenomenal food and great wines. I'd happily dine here again. They're very good about allergies and even have a different gluten-free menu if needed. The only possible negative is it can get a bit loud.
