One of my favorite eateries in Troy, and I've been meaning to write a review for a while now. I have dairy and gluten sensitivities, and I love that I don't have to dissect the menu at Liza's looking for what I can eat. Everything is delicious, I love the cold brew with cashew milk (my go-to). Some may think it's a little bit on the pricier side, but it is a small business and I know how much GF and DF friendly food costs, so I don't mind. My husband who has no food sensitivities really likes the food here as well. I enjoyed my Friday breakfast bowl this morning :), thanks!!

Grabbed a pepperoni pizza on their gluten free crust. Proportions of everything was balanced— ratio of sauce to cheese to crust. As delicious as I remember in my pre-Celiac diagnosis days. Great gluten free crusts are hard to come by. De Fazio’s was good and closer to a pan-style crust than hand-tossed. Very happy with it and did not get sick afterward!

A super fun place to go with a crowd. Excellent food with a separate gluten free menu! Excellent and attentive wait staff. Beautiful spot right on the river.

One of the best ice cream places in Troy, NY. They claim they have home made ice creams and the flavors may change almost everyday. I tried two flavors, Rochella and Irish Cookie and Cream. Rochella had a Ferrero Rocher chocolatey taste with a subtle tint of peanut taste with it which was amazing. The Irish Cookie and Cream is the number one seller and has milky creamy taste with Oreo cookies in it. The Ho Ho Ho flavor is also pretty good. They have a lot of gluten free and vegan options as well.

Can't recommend this place enough, 10/10. Some of the best pizza in the cap region. If you have to eat gluten free, but want edible pizza (and calzones, wings, etc), this is the place to go. The GF dough is homemade and actually tastes good and not like sad cardboard. Most places around here that offer GF pizza use frozen pre-made dough discs. Beyond that, everything is really tasty. Always made fresh with quality ingredients...this is definitely "pizzeria" pizza, and puts the Hut, Dominos, and other mass chains to shame. Owner and staff are cool af too and they treat their customers, especially the regulars, like gold. Eat here, it's worth the drive.

I am so disappointed - Browns stopped carrying gluten free beer (Steadfast). They still have a very nice gluten free menu though, but they were one of the only restaurants in the area to carry GF beer.
