This place is awesome! Fantastic food, lots of gluten free options (that taste good, and the place is knowledgeable and careful to not contaminate!). Loved the Bloody Mary and mimosa flight. Norman was the friendliest and best server I think I've ever had. Highly recommend, even if there's a long wait.

Hands down best brunch. Reminds me of the soul food brunches in Harlem but with a Nola twist. I enjoyed the Spanish omelette and grits, with a sub out of the homemade biscuit for fruit because I am gluten free. The Bloody Mary was amazing! Everyone who works here is so awesome. My group enjoyed the fried green tomatoes, candied bacon, and eggs Benedict as well. Love that they have a built in option for you to try 2 different types of the Benedict — perfect for indecisive people/great value 😊

I discovered this place on a food tour. Although we didn’t stop here the guide advised us to come back and so we did. I ordered the Asiago Beef sandwich gluten free and was not disappointed. It was so good! All sandwiches can be made gluten free and mine came toasted. I’m just sorry I didn’t visit this place until the last day of my holiday

Great cafe, great food, great service and perfect location for people watching on St Charles. Everything is very fresh with vegan/vegetarian options. They serve a variety of sandwiches, salads, fresh-squeezed juices, pastries, fresh fruit, mimosas, blood Mary’s, irish coffees and amazing coffee! (amongst many other options) My personal favorite is the caprese sandwich and I add bacon for a bit more protein paired with a caramel oat milk latte and for dessert one the BEST muffins ever (They offer chocolate and blueberry) The baristas working are warm and welcoming and can easily accommodate for allergies and gluten/dairy intolerances. They offer oat and almond milk for nondairy. The best local coffee and pastries on this side of town. They sell t-shirts, tote bags and whole bags of coffee. There are even free stickers by the register! Everything at this cafe is super organized and curated for the guests use. (One of the cleanest public bathrooms ever on this side of town) The service counter has many sugar options and milks available for “dressing” your coffee as you like it. Also was very glad to see that this business recycles and composts, it is very eco-friendly business! This cafe is very well managed!! The atmosphere is here is wonderful, you can meet up with friends, come and sit and work on school work etc. There is plenty of space for accommodating larger groups as well! This cafe is right next to a streetcar stop and many hotels for convenience. I love this cafe 10/10- you have to stop by here if you find yourself on St Charles Ave!!

Delicious food! I was cursed with celiacs and have been unable to eat any delicious pastas, but this place had wonderful gluten free alternatives to almost all of their dishes. I couldn't even tell the difference! And I wasn't in excruciating pain afterwards, so you know it was really gluten free

Awesome spot for breakfast or brunch! Staff was friendly and very helpful. I have recently developed gluten intolerance and my server, Arielle, quickly grabbed me a Gluten Friendly menu that included a wide variety of gluten friendly pancakes, omelettes, breads, and mimosas. Arielle understood Gluten intolerance and celiac and reassured me that it gets easier. It was just what I needed! Food was tasty and fresh. Was sat and food came out super fast on a Wednesday before lunchtime. I will definitely be back!
