Mom, sis, and I made a trip here for my vegan journey. WOWZA The food is named like regular meat food would be and it does not dissapoint! We had the pasto chicken sandwich, the killer BLT, and the Ceasars Chicken Sandwich. The "meat" is gluten and filling. For dessert, we had canoli and the magic bar to share, which were also delish. Being vegan is easy when you can have treats like this between salads, stir-fry, tof, and root veg. I am going by on my way to the airport to get some more to share back home.

My head just about levitated off of my shoulders when I walked into this place! The pastries are works of art and taste even better, there's gluten free options too! It was extremely difficult not to get 1 of everything and spend $100. I would definitely recommend this place if you want to surprise someone with a special treat. The staff is also super patient and willing to answer your questions while you drool over the display case.

They have the best tuna melt I have ever had in my life! Honestly, I find myself craving one once a week. And I never thought I'd be a person who likes tuna melts. Furthermore, they are always able to accommodate my husband's celiac disease. Their fryer for French fries and latkes is not contaminated by gluten. And their recipe for fries and latkes is gluten-free, too! They also serve the most fantastic pickles and pickled veggie plates. Saul's is on the expensive side for a deli, but they do what they do very well.

I can't believe I just stumbled on this absolute hidden gem! The vibes and ambiance are so fresh and comfortable, it was easy to lose track of time and hang out here well past when I finished my meal. The staff are so sweet and inviting! You can almost always count on running into one of the owners here as well, since they're owner operated. Their hands on approach is apparent in every little detail. Two of the owners introduced me to their lovingly crafted menu and gave me a full walkthrough of each carefully selected offering. I really enjoyed hearing about how dedicated they are to providing the best quality food and drinks with so many dietary needs and preferences in mind. No soy, gluten, or dairy- whole, healthy foods full of fresh flavor! You choose your bowl base and then your protein- they have Chicken, Shrimp, Legumes mix, or Fried eggs. And they serve brunch bowls ALL DAY! That is a huuuuge plus for someone like me whose favorite dinner is breakfast. Their drinks are also sourced from a woman owned local business and are vegan, gmo free, and are prebiotic and probiotic! When I tell you- I have never had such a tasty meal and beverage that was so good for me at such a great price. 11/10, I'll be back here OFTEN! Sometimes I want to keep hidden gems to myself, but I really want to show this place the love it deserves, y'all gotta come here! I had the Seasonabowl (adorable name, and delicious) and I saw a bunch of their other bowls and they all look incredible. To drink I had TWO of the 'wildwonder' strawberry passion drinks... they were just too good I needed another for the road. Can't wait to try them ALL!
