Really impressed with the gluten free food here. The staff knows about gluten and the service was amazing. I think investing in some safer areas in the kitchen for people with gluten would be Great but honestly it’s amazing food and the food sizes are incredible!

We went to have lunch, three people, they say to get reservations but they still got us a table quickly. It was a pretty windy day so we asked if we could move the table in the sun. Our server Aviv was wonderful and funny and made the expert great! We ordered the BLT with salmon and lettuce wraps since we can’t have gluten it the food was wonderful! Very recommended for a nice lunch!

Awesome cafe with a cool vibe and opens at 6AM during the summer at least. Place your order and then find a place to sit. Wide variety of seating options in doors and out for individuals and groups - I opted to sit at the main counter. They also had a pastry counter with some options not on the kiosk - gluten free donut was amazing - a little on the doughy side which I personally like.

I have always liked Collins. Been a few years since I was in flagstaff and I went back. They can accomodate gluten-free and soy-free for my wife Still a solid place to get a beer and pub food.

Chocolate chip cookie is TO DIE for. Vegan and gluten free muffin is fabulous too. Great service and great people. We're lucky to have you all in our little community!
